Some of the doctors seemed good, but one of them really rushed through the visit and only gave me very basic answers. It felt like they hadn’t really read my notes beforehand, I expected a little more for what I paid. Not the worst experience, just felt kind of unprofessional

"Support got my billing issue sorted out"
I had a billing issue come up after my visit, where something on the charge didn’t look right to me, so I reached out to support to ask about it. They got back to me the next day, which was not bad, and we went back and forth for a couple of messages because they needed to check a few details and I had to explain what I was seeing on my end. In the end, they fixed it and everything was cleared up, so I’m happy with the outcome. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the whole thing had been handled a little faster, but overall the support team was helpful and got the job done.

"Not as quick as I was hoping"
I tried Healthtap because I thought I’d be able to get a quick answer to a medical question, but it ended up taking a lot longer than I expected. Maybe I was expecting too much, I’m not sure, but when you’re already worried about something, sitting around waiting makes it feel even worse. The answer I got was fine once it finally came through, so I don’t want to be unfair, but for me the wait kind of defeated the whole point.

"Pricing felt a lot less clear once I signed up"
I signed up thinking I had a good idea of what I’d be paying, but once I was actually inside the service, it started feeling like there were extra charges and little rules I hadn’t noticed upfront. It kind of reminded me of agreeing to one price at the counter and then seeing a bunch of add-ons show up on the receipt later.
Trying to cancel or even just figure out what I was being billed for was more of a hassle than I expected. I’m sure it might be fine for some people, but the whole billing side felt confusing and not very transparent to me, so I wouldn’t really use it again...
